Bulanglang Filipino Healthful Dish


Bulanglang might sound a bit unusual for some of you, specially if you are a Filipino living outside of the Philippines for a long period of time (or since birth).

Bulanglang is an easy to make Filipino vegetable dish with clear soup. It is a healthful but super delicious Filipino food. It is quite This vegetable dish is best partnered with fried fish along with hot steamed white rice.

Bulanglang Filipino Recipe (Vegetable Dish with Clear Soup)

Ingredients:

* 2 cups squash, sliced

* 1 cup eggplant, sliced

* 1 cup long beans, sliced

* 4 large tomatoes, sliced into wedges

* 1 large onion, sliced into wedges

* 3 thumb-size ginger, sliced

* 1 cup greens ( you may use Moringa leaves), I used
water spinach

* 4 to 6 cups water

* 2 tsp salt or to taste

* Fried fish and cooked white rice

How To Cook Bulanglang Filipino Food:

1). Put all ingredients in a large pot and let all vegetables cook for 10 minutes or until all are tender.

2). Do some taste test. Adjust according to preferred taste.

Serve it while its hot with fried fish and white steamed rice. Enjoy!

na miss ko ito ..wala kasing GG sa cambodia galing pa sa saigon ang GG once in the blue moon lang lumitaw 300 pesos and kilo, hay... enjoy ko nalang ang picture dito sa blog mo.

This recipe is so easy yet so healthy as the main ingredients are vegetables! I could sip the soup and finish the veggies! :D
