Adobong Kangkong is one of the authentic Filipino dishes that I really love. It was pretty easy and basic to prepare and cook, and for sure, you will love this recipe too.

This recipe had me peaked with interest, and was getting excited with every ingredient I was reading … until my eyea fell on the MSG. Is this necessary? I think this dish is great with all its natural ingredients. I can't foresee any flavor that the MSG can give to this glorious dish that all the others combined, with a pinch of salt and pepper, could give. Let's get rid of the MSG habit. It's been scientifically proven to be cancer-causing, or not? Correct me if I'm wrong.
i agree with you, i would leave out the msg… the natural ingredients would be better and just a pinch of salt and pepper.. depends on your taste buds! But I am going to make this and put it in our good food campaign blog to promote healthy eating!
Guys, thanks for the comments.
I already removed that MSG ingredient. Still taste so good without it. Thanks again.
