What if you can turn the traditional Filipino style chicken adobo into something different? Would you dare to try and taste it?
Just like the Mexican burrito, this recipe which we can fondly call as the Adoburitto is truly tasty and yummy. This recipe is perfect for snacks or even for your breakfast and/or lunch! Kids and adults will surely love this.

Adoburitto Ingredients:
Prepared Adobo using Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Adobo (prepared according to pack directions)
* 2 tbsp oil
* 6 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1-2 tbsp cumin
* 1 pc. red or green bell pepper
* 1-2 cups cooked rice or beans
* quick melting cheese, as needed, grated
* 2-3 pcs. tortilla wrapper, as needed
* cheese sauce or hot sauce (optional)
How To Make Adoburitto:
1). Prepare your leftover adobo using Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Adobo.
2). Drain and reserve the sauce. Remove the meat from the bones and shred it using your fork.
3). In a heated pan, saute garlic, then add the shredded meat. Add the reserved sauce and let simmer for a minute.
4). In a separated heated and oiled pan, add cooked rice, cumin, and bell pepper and mix well.
5). Place 1/2 cup of cooked rice on tortilla wrapper, 3-4 tbsp of the adobo mixture, add grated cheese and roll the wrapper into a log and toast on a pan just until lightly browned.
Serve with either cheese sauce or hot sauce. Enjoy!
