  • 2 Lbs. Chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 to 2 cups Polish sausage or hotdogs
  • 1 Large can tomato sauce (14oz.)
  • 3 Medium sized potatoes, quartered
  • 3 Small Carrots cut into 1 inch lengths
  • 1 Red & Green bell pepper seeded and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Medium Onion (diced)
  • 3 Gloves of Garlic (smashed)
  • 4 Tbs. Corn oil
  • 1 Tbs. Patis (fish sauce)
  • 3 Tbs. Soy sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
