Here’s a recipe that every Filipino will surely love. A longganisa recipe with a twist. Perfect for breakfast paired with fried or garlic rice and hot coffee. Very easy to make.

Garlic Longganisa Filipino Food


Garlic Longganisa Recipe Ingredients:

* 600 grams Ground Pork

* 250 grams Tokwa/Tofu (chopped)

* 1/3 cup Garlic (minced)

* 2 tsp Iodized Fine Salt

* 2/3 cup All-Purpose Flour

* 1 3/4 tsp Peppercorn (finely crushed)

* 1 pouch (200 grams) Del Monte Original Style Tomato Sauce

* 1/3 cup Del Monte Red Cane Vinegar

Garlic Longganisa Cooking Procedure:

1). Mix DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and tokwa/tofu together then combine with the other ingredients. Mix well.

2). Roll every 2 tablespoons of mixture and arrange on a tray. Chill for 1 hour. Wrap each piece in cut out plastic/wax paper.

3). Pack in plastic bag. Freeze until ready to cook and serve.

This recipe makes 50 pieces.

Preparation Time – 10 mins
Cooking Time – 1 hour and 5 mins
