Mussels with Fresh Salsa Recipe

Mussels with Fresh Salsa Ingredients:

* medium cloves garlic

* minced onions

* diced tomatoes

* chopped fresh parsley

* lemon zest

* olive oil

* salt and pepper

* mussels or tahong

* 2 tablespoons butter

How To Make Mussels with Fresh Salsa

1). For the fresh salsa, place the garlic, onions, tomatoes and lemon zest in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.

2). For the mussels: Remove one shell from the mussel. Place some butter and garlic mixture on the mussels using a teaspoon or brush.

3). Top the mussels with fresh salsa mixture.

4). Arrange the mussels in a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.

5). Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove it from the oven and transfer the dish to a serving plate.
