Sinaing na Tulingan sa Mangga Ingredients:

* 1 kilo medium size tulingan

* 3 green mango, boiled and pureed

* 500 grams pork taba

* 100 grams peeled shallots

* 4 sili pansigang

* banana leaves for bedding

* 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

* 2 tablespoon patis

How To Cook Sinaing na Tulingan sa Mangga:

1). Line clay pot with banana leaves. Arrange pork fat and tulingan, and top with shallots, sili pansigang, salt and pepper.

2). Pour the pureed green mango, then simmer – covered – for 30 minutes.

3). Place in plate and garnish on the top with green chili.

Best served with white plain rice. Enjoy!
