Sinigang Na Hipon Sa Miso Ingredients:
* 500g shrimps
* .20g yellow miso paste
* 4 pcs of over-ripe tomatoes, quartered
* 4 pcs of finger chili (siling pangsigang)
* 1 red onion, quartered
* 2 bunches of kangkong
* 1 white raddish, sliced
* 2L water
* 1 pack of Knorr Sinigang Mix
* patis (fish sauce) to taste
How To Cook Sinigang Na Hipon Sa Miso:
1). In a medium size pot, mix miso paste in water. Add onion, tomato, radish, siling haba. Cook until tender.
2). Add the shrimps and kangkong. Season with patis and let simmer for 5 minutes.
3). Turn off the heat so the shrimps and kangkong won’t get over-cooked.
Serve it while its hot. Best served with steamed rice. Enjoy!

I crave for a miso dish last time, but too bad there was no miso in the local market.
Shrimp in miso is a must try.
