Here’s a recipe that is simply perfect for the upcoming holidays. If you are into breads, cakes and sweets, for sure you will love this.

* 200g butter
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 1/2 cups riped banana
* 1 tsp cocoa powder
* 3 eggs
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 3 cups all purpose flour
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1 1/1 cup chocolate milk
* 1tsp lemon juice
How To Make Banana Cake With Almonds:
1). Pre-heat oven at 135 degrees Celsius. grease and flour a 9 x 13 cake pan, set aside.
2). Mix flour, salt and baking powder, mix well/ sieve. Set aside
3). Mash bananas and add lemon juice and cocoa mix well. Set aside.
4). Cream butter and sugar, mix until lite and fluffy. add eggs 1 by 1 while mixing continuously until lite.
5). Fold in sieved flour gradually alternating with the chocolate milk.
6). Add the mashed bananas and chopped almonds (1/2 cup) fold well. transfer batter to baking tray and put in oven. bake for an hour or until done. (insert toothpick in the middle, if it comes out clean then your cake is done.)
7). Put it straight in the freezer for at least 30-45 mins for that nice moist texture. Slice and serve.
This is a perfect recipe for the whole family. Kids and adults will surely love this.
