Chicken Pandan is a common and native Thai dish. For Thais’, Pandan chicken is an excellent appetizer or finger food for any party that is very easy to make. The Filipino Chicken Pandan is made more exciting and sumptuous with the mix of the finest Filipino seasoning blend.

Chicken Pandan Recipe Ingredients:
* ½ kg chicken thigh fillet, cut into large bite size pieces
* 16 pieces pandan leaves, washed
* oil for deep frying
Chicken Pandan Marinade:
Combine below ingredients in a bowl
* 3 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce (You can find alternatives on your location)
* 2 tbsp NESTLE All Purpose Cream (You can find alternatives on your location)
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 2 tbsp chopped garlic
* 1 tbsp chopped ginger
* pinch of freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tbsp all purpose flour
Chicken Pandan Sumptuous Sauce/Dip:
Combine below ingredients in a bowl
* 1 ½ tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp water
* 1 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
* 1 tbsp. calamansi juice
* 1 tbsp chili powder or alike
Chicken Pandan Cooking Instructions – How To Make Chicken Pandan:
1). For 2 – 3 hours, marinate the chicken in the marinade mixture you prepared.
2). Wrap a piece of chicken in 2 pieces of inter locking pandan leaves.
3). Just repeat the above procedures to other chicken. Set aside.
4). Heat oil for frying over medium heat.
5). Now, deep fry your pandan wrapped chicken for at 10-12 minutes each.
6). After frying, arrange cooked (deep fried) chicken on a platter and serve with the prepared sauce on the side.
